HR Coordinator


Out client, a leading Oil & Gas company are currently recruiting for HR Coordinator on a long term contract role on a hybrid working basis. 

Key user for the HRIS (PeopleNet) system and specifically responsible for organisation updates, internal moves and leavers
– Conduct regular data audits and checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency in the HRIS
– Ensuring all changes for the month are included in line with payroll deadlines – all changes/starters/leavers updated in system, sickness etc recorded
– Responsible for org chart updates (for moves and changes) and ensuring all other details are updated and published monthly on the internal portal
– Actively support the focal point / HRBPs with sickness absence day-day case management
– Offshore sickness absence – support meetings with POB coordinators (bi-weekly) to keep records updated
– Support the HR BPs with the leavers and maternity processes, ie systems updates and letters
– Focal point for general HR queries (via hornbill etc)
– Company credit card Holder and SAP user
– Additional HR and systems related activities as appropriate
