Job Description
- -Develop and execute HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives and local regulations,
- -Oversee recruitment and on-boarding processes for all project roles,
- -Manage employee relations, performance management, and talent development initiatives,
- -Ensure compliance with labour laws and health & safety standards,
- -Implement training programs to enhance workforce skills and productivity,
- -Drive HR reporting and analytic to support decision-making,
- -Act as a trusted advisor to management on all HR-related matters.
