  • Drive Equinor’s Human Resources (HR) perspective, prioritising and contributing to the execution of the business area’s strategy. 
  • Support day-to-day HR operations and form the interface to our global HR team, and act as an advisor to leaders. 
  • Actively support the Country Manager for Germany with elements such as; compliance, update of risk assessments, emergency procedures, security assessments and internal requirements. 
  • Hold responsibility for the entire recruitment process and appropriate onboarding process for new employees. 
  • Follow up and ensure compliance with German work-related legislation and hold accountability for compliant implementation and administration of expat processes to Germany. 
  • Manage employee contracts and salary systems, implementing digitalisation with responding GDPR-policy if needed. 
  • Support leaders in Germany on the annual salary review and reward process, as well as ensureand follow up various pension schemes. 
  • Be responsible for administration and following up on employee related insurances. 
  • Follow up on labour law cases with support from legal advisors. 
  • Support Berlin office with IT and Infrastructure services.
