The position
By joining our team in CFO Functional Center of Excellence you will have the opportunity to:
- Follow up health, safety and environmental aspects of non-operated activity with operators.
- Provide insight and follow up to incident investigations and share learnings.
- Drive industry initiatives to proactively improve safety culture across assets, operators and government stakeholders.
- Be responsible for risk management activities, emergency preparedness and business continuity.
- Lead the rollout of corporate initiatives in the local business area.
- Work with security and cyber security.
- Support social investment strategy and drive actions toward our low carbon agenda.
- Follow up travel requirements for business travellers in country.
You

- A minimum of 5 years’ experience of working in a HSE related position, ideally within a highly regulated industrial setting.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical subject.
- Excellent communication skills, strong stakeholder management experience, and an ability to interact with diverse cultures globally.
- Awareness of the local security risk landscape and possess experience of mitigating against cyber and environmental threats.
- Project Management skills will be advantageous.
- Proven delivery experience working autonomously and within a team.
- Possess the relevant eligibility to live and work in Angola.
- Fluency in Portuguese (written and verbal) will be advantageous.
