HSE Supervisor

• Reports to: HSE Manager / D&C Supervisor

• Lead site HSE, ensuring risk control, emergency readiness, and compliance across drilling/workover/completions.

• • Own PTW system, JSAs, and site inductions; verify competence (IWCF/IADC, BOSIET, H2S).
• • Run daily HSE meetings, drills (well control, man-overboard, fire, spill), and SIMOPS interfaces.
• • Inspect DROPS, lifting gear, housekeeping, chemical handling, and confined spaces; track actions to closeout.
• • Incident management: ICAM investigations, reporting, lessons learned; maintain medevac plans and clinics.
• • Environmental: waste hierarchy, spill prevention/response, effluent control; ensure statutory registers are current.

• • NEBOSH/ISPON (or equivalent)
• • 8+ yrs rig HSE
• • Strong PTW/SIMOPS experience
