Provide Human Resources support to assigned corporate and/or field operations client groups. This role focuses on developing strong business relationships with managers at all levels while ensuring HR policies and practices align with company objectives. Key responsibilities include staffing, partnering with managers to investigate and resolve employee relations issues, coaching employees and managers on HR policies, and identifying and coordinating training solutions as needed. Provide counsel on company policies, benefits, staffing, employee relations, and compensation matters. Prepare, facilitate, and conduct training on a variety of HR initiatives as needed. This role also develops and analyzes statistical reports to support HR strategies, prepares and delivers presentations, and manages special projects as assigned.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related business field preferred
  • SHRM or HRCI credential a plus
  • Minimum 7 years Human Resources experience, with oil and gas industry experience preferred
  • Results-driven with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership skills to engage, inspire, and influence others, as well as the ability to build relationships with client groups
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality in daily operations
  • Ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to travel to field offices, up to 25%
  • Support 24/7 operations, requiring occasional need to be accessible outside of standard office work hours.
  • Must be open to future relocation to other U.S. division locations based on business needs
 
Position will be filled at a level commensurate with experience.
Min $113,000.00 / Max $185,000.00
