HVAC QC Inspector
Data Centre Construction | Norway
I am looking to speak with experienced HVAC QC Inspectors for a site based contract on a major data centre construction project in Norway. This is a strong opportunity to support the delivery of high performance cooling and air distribution systems on a technically demanding project. Please get in touch if you are eligible to live and work in Norway and available for a November 2026 start.
Location Tørdal, Norway | onsite
Contract period November 2026 to April 2027
Estimated length Approx. 5 to 6 months
Candidate requirement Must be eligible to live and work in Norway

Role overview
You will provide specialist HVAC quality assurance across installation, inspection and commissioning readiness activities, ensuring systems are delivered in line with project specifications, quality standards and performance requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect HVAC ductwork installations, including supports, alignment and installation quality
- Verify airflow configurations and cooling system layouts against approved drawings and specifications
- Support QA activities linked to cooling systems and commissioning readiness
- Assist with water balancing preparation and Testing, Adjusting and Balancing activities
- Participate in functional testing and commissioning processes
- Coordinate with mechanical, commissioning and site delivery teams to support system integration
- Maintain clear inspection records and support punch list close out where required

- Data hall cooling systems
- Chillers
- Technical corridors
- HVAC ducting and air handling units
Required experience and skills
- Background in HVAC QA/QC, inspection or commissioning
- Experience on data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial or other controlled environment projects
- Familiarity with TAB procedures and functional testing activities
- Strong inspection reporting, documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with site, quality and commissioning teams
