  • Provide services within instrument and automation engineering through all project stages to other corporate functions and business units, including close interfaces to other engineering disciplines
  • Ensure that management system, project standards, technical requirements and functional specifications are suitable.
  • Deliver input and expertise in project reviews and participate in safety review assessments (HAZID & HAZOP)
  • Undertake reviews of previous lessons learned and ensure incorporation into other projects globally
  • Identify weaknesses in globally applied tools and methodology, and identify opportunities in development of tools, methodology or cooperation
  • Display technical leadership within area of responsibility
  • Assist in managing the development and maintenance of discipline related Global Facilities Governance Documents together with BUs

What we expect
  • Master degree (or equivalent) within the electrical engineering discipline
  • 10+ years relevant experience from instrument and automation engineering.
  • Solid knowledge and user experience with relevant software and international codes and standards.
  • Experience in both onshore and offshore environment. International experience is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge about technical integrity management
  • Experience with fiscal metering systems and equipment is a plus
  • Ability to build and maintain close, constructive and trusting relations to stakeholders, including team members, other corporate functions and all relevant business units. Self-motivated and ability to multi-task
  • Multi-discipline understanding, insight into other facilities engineering disciplines
  • Good communication skills, effective across a broad spectrum of nationalities and cultures. Mobility is a plus.
  • Excellent command of the English language, written and spoken
  • Promote HSE and quality requirements as well as company ethical guidelines and code of conduct
