Wintershall Dea’s Corporate Unit Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) contributes to the success of the company by continuously strengthening the HSEQ culture and ensuring strong HSEQ performance. 
We are looking for an Intern (M/F/D) for a minimum of 3 to 6 months who will be responsible for the following tasks within the team “HSEQ Culture & Performance”:
  • You will be part of the global HSEQ team and support us in the implementation of our global projects and initiatives 
  • You will prepare communication and campaign elements as well as training content (e.g. intranet news, community posts, presentations, videos)
  • You set up dashboards and create content for our intranet portal pages
  • You support the organization of a global HSEQ summit
  • You support us in all the interesting and important tasks that characterize our daily business

  • You are a student enrolled in an engineering, humanities, economics or similar technical degree – preferably in the final Bachelor year or Master
  • You have a great interest and possibly first competencies in the field of “Health, Safety, Environment and Quality”
  • You have knowledge, experience and interest in communication methods, tools and channels as well as a flair for target group-appropriate as well as fresh, forward-thinking, future-oriented communication – in English as well as possibly in German language
  • You have an affinity, interest and initial experience in digital solutions and tools (e.g. Power BI)
  • You have a quick comprehension and an independent, self-organized way of working and the ability to present complex issues in an easy-to-understand manner 
  • You are open-minded and interested in working in an interdisciplinary, international team 
  • You are curious, innovative, creative, solution-oriented and pragmatic 
  • You would like to commit yourself full-time for at least 3 months
