The position

By joining our team in Technology, Digital & Innovation you will have the opportunity to:

  • Work continuously to improve IT processes and development of new analysis be used as the basis for establishing key operational insights and improvement decisions.
  • Use analytical skills and techniques to evaluate information and data gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, identify improvements for IT operational efficiency.
  • Support the IT and digital domain through development and maintenance of key performance indicators dashboards and visualizations using market standard tools.
  • Define and document current and future state processes, perform data analysis to identify trends and patterns and prepare presentations and reports for decision.
  • Use of facilitation to gather requirements through workshops with cross disciplinary work groups, documentation of requirements, decisions and solution concepts, and ability to perform presentations.
  • Collaborate with business subject matter experts, finance experts and IT teams.
  • Co-ordinate improvement activities across the organization with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement.

You

  • Master’s degree in information technology, digital technology management or similar.
  • 5+ years relevant experience as an IT Business Analyst, / process modelling techniques, value stream mapping with Scrum / agile / lean methodology knowledge.
  • Project management skills, understanding overall project methodology, structures, and organized way of working.
  • Experience using data visualization, automation tools, such as PowerBI, PowerApps or Power Automate or other equivalent tools.
  • Experience from IT development, operations, architecture, finance, or other relevant business domains.
  • Ability to work from abstract level and concepts down to implementing ideas resulting in improved operational processes or solutions.
  • Interested in understanding the IT and digital technology operations how data insights can bring value and competitive advantage.
