Job Description:
Our client, a global provider of industrial solutions, is seeking an IT Manager to support and maintain the organisation’s technology environment, including hardware, software, enterprise applications, networks, and internally developed platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day IT administration, end-user support, Microsoft 365 administration, SAP Business One (SAP B1) support, Salesforce CRM administration, and coordination with external vendors and implementation partners to ensure stable and efficient business operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support for laptops, desktops, switches, routers, peripheral devices, and network infrastructure.
- Coordinate procurement, repairs, and maintenance activities with approved IT vendors and service providers.
- Install, configure, and maintain end-user software applications while managing software licence tracking and renewals.
- Administer and support the Microsoft 365 environment including user accounts, licences, mailboxes, SharePoint, OneDrive permissions, and distribution groups.
- Monitor enterprise antivirus solutions, email firewall configurations, and endpoint security systems.
- Administer the organisation’s PABX telephone system including user setup, extensions, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor daily backup jobs, verify successful completion, and escalate failures or anomalies for resolution.
- Maintain wireless access points and coordinate with networking vendors regarding connectivity or coverage issues.
- Support SAP Business One (SAP B1) operations including issue logging, first-line support, and coordination with implementation partners.
- Assist with support and administration of the Produmex Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Provide Salesforce CRM administration support including user setup, permissions, page layouts, and issue tracking.
- Monitor integrations between Salesforce and other business systems and escalate failures where required.
- Provide administrative support for internally developed applications including user management and configuration updates.
- Monitor cloud hosting environments such as AWS and report usage or cost anomalies to management.
- Coordinate with internal and external development teams regarding system enhancements, testing, and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate IT asset registers, software licence records, and vendor tracking documentation.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users while ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Assist management in evaluating new technologies, software solutions, and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements: Qualification and Skill
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of IT support or IT administration experience within a corporate or mid-sized organisation.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, endpoint support, and basic networking.
- Experience or exposure to SAP Business One (SAP B1) support or administration is preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM administration is advantageous.
- Awareness of cloud platforms such as AWS is beneficial.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to coordinate with vendors, implementation partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Service-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and ownership.
