The following responsibilities will be a major part of your job:

  • Manage IT service implementation and change projects (set up project plans, allocate required resources, monitor progress, identify and resolve deviations, reporting)
  • Apply appropriate conventional or agile project management approaches as required
  • Liaise with internal customers, vendors and service providers involved in the respective projects
  • Motivate project teams
  • Contribute to lessons-learned database
  • Coordinate service transition with service operations

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, business administration, engineering or related field
  • 2+ years of (IT) project management experience
  • Demonstrated project management skills including project initiation, scoping, resourcing, scheduling, budgeting and risk management
  • Moderate knowledge of all current trends in software delivery methodologies (Agile/SCRUM/Waterfall)
  • Proven ability to effectively coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
  • Project Management certification is a plus
