The position

By joining our team in Renewables you will have the opportunity to:

  • Shape the onshore renewables and energy storage strategy.
  • Support the development of the onshore portfolio.
  • Mature business opportunities across attractive power markets.
  • Selection of markets and creation of business plans.
  • Establish and drive market entry processes.
  • Mature business models and value propositions.
  • Support M&A activities and strategy for integration of market positions.

  • Extensive relevant experience preferably with power market and/or renewables experience.
  • Bachelors or Master’s degree.
  • Critical thinker with problem-solving aptitude and analytical mindset.
  • Renewable transaction experience is highly beneficial.
  • International experience an advantage.
  • Commercial aptitude and strategic appreciation.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and able to deliver under pressure.
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
  • High level of personal integrity and ethical awareness.
  • Ability to live by Equinor’s values: Open, Collaborative, Caring & Courageous.
