You will be providing technical expertise and developing technical solutions during the preITO process while working closely with the commercial team. Your work includes analyzing client needs, defining and optimizing products, calculating plant and system performance, and documenting technical specifications and costing elements for later contract phases. You will also contribute to OTR activities by customizing and implementing products for specific customer requirements
As a CSA – Customer Application Engineering, you will be responsible for:
- Providing technical expertise and developing technical solutions as part of the preITO process
- Conducting technical analysis of client needs, including product definition and optimization
- Defining scope, schedule, industrial scheme and cost in alignment with policies and procedures
- Calculating plant, system and equipment performance and efficiency
- Documenting technical specifications and costing elements for contract execution
- Customizing products and implementing them for specific customer needs in OTR
- Resolving problems using acquired expertise and precedent
- Working with business unit colleagues under guided contacts
- Specifying and planning activities and explaining technical issues
- Communicating with direct team and supervisor
- Presenting metrics, project status and research to internal teams
To be successful in this role
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Engineering/Technology)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong problemsolving skills
