Our Global System Assurance team is seeking Lead Engineer, Systems, Project Engineering and Senior Engineer, Systems, Project Engineering. Lead / Senior Engineer plays a pivotal role in managing and coordinating all technical interfaces across multiple stakeholders involved in complex subsea oil and gas projects. This role ensures seamless integration of engineering, construction, and commissioning activities within a consortium framework, while maintaining transparency, mitigating risks, and safeguarding project timelines and budgets. We are currently looking for both Lead and Senior Engineer – the chosen candidates would be selected for a specific level depending on their skills and experience.

As Lead / Senior Engineer, Systems, Project Engineering, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing interfaces, developing and maintaining interface registers, matrices, and management plans to ensure clarity and alignment.

  • Coordinating and communicating: Facilitating meetings and workshops and acting as the central contact for interface queries and conflict resolution.

  • Managing risk and change: Identifying interface risks early, monitoring dependencies, and supporting change‑impact analysis and mitigation strategies.

  • Ensuring technical alignment: Supporting product groups in validating engineering documents and maintaining consistency across subsea systems (SURF, SPS, topside, installation).

  • Promoting transparency: Driving open, proactive communication and ensuring consistent messaging and documentation among all stakeholders

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Bring a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Structural, or Subsea.

  • Have rich engineering experience, with a significant portion in offshore or subsea oil and gas projects.

  • Bring proven experience in managing consortium interfaces in medium to large scale subsea projects, including familiarity with interface management tools and platforms (e.g., interface registers, dashboards).

  • Demonstrate the ability to perform effectively under high pressure conditions and tight deadlines.

  • Bring proven experience in leading cross functional teams and driving alignment between consortium partners.
