Be a sales ambassador for our customers
As a Lead Sales Manager, you’re responsible for direct-selling activities for Visual Inspection Equipment products. Our business also provides repairs and services to Robotics platform and Digital Inspection Solutions. Our target business segment – Oil & Gas downstream, Heavy Manufacturing, Powergen, Military, Renewable, Aviation, Automotive etc.
As Lead Sales Manager – Visual Inspection Equipment you will be responsible for:
Achieving revenue target in direct-sales and leveraging distributors or channels in selling to major customers in related-segments
Promoting product sales, repair and rental (services) to existing and new customers partnering with Lead Generation team
Providing tactical sales strategy targeting new and unexplored market verticals (such as Shipbuilding, F&B, Medical)
Assisting in developing new visual inspection related applications, collaborate with engineering teams
Achieving sales KPI’s & organise marketing campaigns to strengthen our reach
Managing report account activity, product improvement requirements from the customers and provide after sales support

To be successful in this role you will:
Have Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent to handle technicalities related to segment served
Have minimum 5 years of direct sales experience in related business segment
Have business level English language skills
Have ability to build good relationships and rapport with end users as well as distributors
Have hands-on and technical knowledge of portable measurement equipment, services and presenting new application to customer requirements
Have related optical technology products handling experience
Have ability to travel up to 70% time (including overseas), weekly travelling to customer is required
Be Self-motivated, Straightforward and a team player that willing to lead team towards achieving tactical objective
