- GranMorgu Project is the first offshore deepwater development Suriname.
- Company Integrated Logistics Base settlement in Suriname to support multi-blocks Exploration & Appraisal on B64, B6, B8 and B58 GranMorgu Development for TEPSR as Operator.

Activities
HSE:
- Demonstrates personal commitment and knowledge of the Company HSE Policy by maintaining awareness and ensuring compliance with all relevant statutory and company standards.
- Continuous verification and implementation of safety procedures and rules related to specific tasks such as material handling, transit, temporary storage (buffer zones) and disposal.
- Conducts, toolbox talks, safety greenlights, trains workers on safe and environmentally friendly work practices, and methods.
- Verifies conformity of all lifting gears (inbound/outbound) in strict compliance with Affiliate’s LMS (Lifting Management System).
- Ensure hazardous materials and waste are managed in a safe and compliant manner in accordance with company waste and chemical management plans and local regulations.
- Incorrect or unsafe conditions at the workplace are immediately stopped, reported (observation cards) and corrected.
- Participates in Permit to Work meetings as Performing Authority.
- Promotes the waste management “5 R principles” of hierarchy, i.e.: Reduce, Recover, Reuse, Recycle, and Residue disposal.
Organization:
- Manages more than ten (10) Contractor positions.
- Ensures that an effective working schedule and handovers are carried out at shift change.
Operational:
- Plans and delivers Logistics appliances and equipment to ensure safe delivery to end users.
- Guarantees that Contractor equipment and lifting appliances are inspected, certified and with maintenance schedules up to date and as per manufacturer recommendations.
- Maintains operator’s database that contains information about required training, and licenses required to safely operate equipment.
- Follows up preventive and reactive maintenance of all equipment allocated to the base.
- Allocate competent resources (operators, drivers) and verify equipment readiness.
- Drives sustainability practices i.e., fuel consumption tips and techniques and tracks performance.
- Ensures proper transfer of received material to warehouse team for stock materials and end users, i.e., Service Companies for non-stock materials.
- Participates in pre-loadout meetings and post-operations reviews to resolve issues and capture lessons learned.
- Keep traceability of cargo and CCU (Cargo Carrying Units) movements in Kabal.
- Assists with custom clearance processes and documentation.
- Ensures all materials are correctly containerized, labelled, and secured for loadout and international transit.
- Laises with Yard and Jetty crews to ensure material preparation and readiness to meet loadout deadlines.
- Conducts routine inspections of lifting gear, and cargo handling areas, recording and closing out actions.
Methods:
- Knowledge and trained on the usage of Kabal (ex Wellit) Logistics management system for cargo package preparation, vessel manifests, CCU tracking and loadout request preparation.
- Willingly and openly, shares good practices.
- Prepares KPI’s for the logistics activities.
Contractors’ Management:
- Oversees Contractors’ compliance with approved procedures.
- Ensures, in cooperation with Contractor, maintenance of the logistics means allocated to TEPSR.
- Supervises, evaluates, coaches and trains personnel assigned to his/her team.
Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor’s degree.
- Professional experience:
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in the Oil and Gas industry with practical experience in logistics operations.
- Supervisory skills area required.
- Technical competencies:
- Company HSE management system and Logistics HSE management rules.
- Lifting/handling and storage techniques.
- Pipe yard, trucking and warehousing techniques
- IT:
- Kabal (ex-Wellit) Logistics software.
- Common computing tools/software (Microsoft Office including MS Project, internet, e-mail).
- Knowledge of SAP (MM module).
- Languages: Fluent in English, written and spoken. French and/or Dutch are plus.
- Interpersonal skills:
- Organized, flexible, good reporting and common sense.
- Self-motivated and proactive to carry out the activities.
- Active team player with ability to manage and integrate with others in different functions and environments, and able to develop relationships with Vendors and Contractors.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to listen and work under pressure to meet the needs and required deadlines.
- With anticipation, he/she reacts to urgent requests and changing priorities.

- Responsible for supervision and managing daily logistics activities, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
- Plans and organizes allocation of personnel and equipment to support logistical needs.
- Assists Contractor Base operations, procedure analysis and follow up their application on site.
- Continually monitors the onshore support base activities with the various Contractors.
- In coordination with Jetty Supervisor, supports vessel loadouts and offloading, overseeing safe reception, inspection, staging and transport of materials.
- Manages inbound/outbound cargo, ensuring compliance with industry’s best practices and client shipping instructions.
- Liaises with various Affiliate entities Contractors for movement of materials i.e., OCTG, well services, Production (Field Operations), supply chain of chemical products, Projects materials and others.
- Managing logistics operations at the Base, including all operations for B58 GranMorgu Project Development and Production Phases, as well as any Exploration and Appraisal activities on multiple blocks.
- Within the framework assigned to the job holder, he/she is the focal point for any logistics requirements.
- Block 58 Development program, 2 drill ships for 42 months – Up to 6 x PSVs, 1 x AHTS and 2 x Installation vessels. Coordinate work with third party Contractors at Logistics base (SPS package, Tubular yard, Well Services, etc.).
- Liaising with APLO (Authorized Person for Lifting Operations) to constantly assess logistics personnel (experience and training) and equipment compliance.
- Lead end-to-end logistics coordination to ensure safe, compliant, and cost-effective supply of equipment, materials and consumables for offshore and onshore operations.
- Location: Shore Base in Paramaribo, Suriname.
- Status: Rotational.
