• Executing the machining operation as per routing
• Machined the part as per engineering drawing
• Perform dimension inspection
• Able to operate Horizontal milling or vertical turning skill.

Roles & Responsibility

• Interpret engineering drawing and geometric dimensioning & tolerancing (GD&T)
• Execute the machining operation as per routing
• Machine the part as per engineering drawing
• Operate CNC Horizontal milling or vertical turning skill.
• Monitor machining parameter and feedback to programmer if necessary
• Perform dimension inspection
• Perform fixture, tool and part set up
• Maintain the good housekeeping at workplace
• Report all daily activities via MII Systems
• Wearing required PPE while doing the work
• Comply to all HSSE requirement
• Provide assistance to superior whenever required
• Ensure compliance to all health, safety and environment policies

Minimum Job Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hand on experience in operating CNC Milling

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma TradeCertificate in Metal or Precision Engineering
