- Responsible for the civil and mechanical maintenance works of Ogarrio field facilities and batteries. The position reports to the Maintenance & Facilities Coordinator.
- Responsible for planning and execution of integrity studies and services of process static equipment, field manifolds, storage tanks and piping.
- Maintenance of existing civil infrastructure, roads and locations. Development and execution of new related infrastructure projects.
- Responsible of the quality assurance of welding, NDTs, anticorrosive treatment, etc. according to corporate and national requirements.
- Responsible of the planning, control and monitoring of contractors field activities ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Ensure proper heavy machinery conditions, equipment and tools to perform the activities in a safety manner and fulfilling HSEQ requirements.
- Responsible of the planning, resources management and execution of works during shutdowns and process plants start-up.
- Participate in HSEQ audits to contractors.
- Management of services and materials through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Implementation and monitoring of KPI´s to follow up performance of maintenance activities (static equipment, SECEs, etc) and performance of contractors services.
- Development of documents and support procurement department during tendering service processes.
- Responsible of the analysis, estimation and administration of the Opex and Capex budget required to accomplish the annual maintenance programs, activities and projects related to the position.
- Adequately manage the company’s financial resources, considering the best technical-economic alternatives
- Support to different operational areas for technologies, GHG emission reduction projects, data support for regulatory compliance with CNH, SENER, PEMEX, etc.
- Apply immediate actions to eliminate or control risks.
- Ensure compliance with HSEQ management system in his area of responsibility.

- University Engineering Degree. Civil, Mechanical, Industrial, Metallurgical, or related technical discipline
- 8 – 10 years of experience on the position or related, strong backgrounds in static equipment integrity, maintenance and construction of roads and locations, civil and mechanical works.
- Experience in maintenance procedures, integrity process for static equipment.
- Experience in infrastructure projects related to roads and locations
- Knowledge of materials specifications, quality standards, national and international standards.
- Wide knowledge of HSEQ standards and regulations for Oil & Gas industry
- Willingness to carry out the tasks and assignments.
- Ability to work with a diverse group of technical individuals, and to generate good interpersonal relationships with management, peers and operative personnel.
- Interact in a multi-cultural environment.
- Organized, planning skills, able to manage multiple activities and programs in timely fashion.
- Experience and knowledge in defining requirements, resources and materials prior to execution of activities.
- Ability to timely identify risks of high impact in planning and reformulate strategy immediately.
- Proactive and team-oriented profile, with organizational skills and the ability to interpret any required need.
