Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the company’s portfolios are performing at or above forecasted production.
- Maximize total production of each asset through the analysis of system efficiency and identifying opportunities for improved performance.
- O&M Contractor management:
- Schedule and oversee contractor in the performance of Preventative Maintenance activities, and monitor results to assure contractor compliance with requirements.
- Schedule and oversee Corrective Maintenance:
- Assure timely response by contractors.
- Coordinate for optimal use of technician time.
- Monitoring assets for downtime and/or anomalous behavior.
- Review and quality assurance of regular production reports.
- Schedule and oversee site activities
- Mowing and vegetation management
- Snow plowing
- Module washing (if applicable)
- Manage onboarding of new sites
- Administer contracts, purchase orders, change orders and invoices from.
- Coordinate with O&M Contractors in the management of spare parts inventories. Replenish spares as consumed.
- Manage warranty claims with contractor.
- Hold OEMs responsible to their warranty terms.
- Manage RMAs
- Work closely with construction teams through commissioning activities to assure sites are optimally performing prior to entry into O&M period.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Associates degree in Construction Management, or Engineering field
- Experience in a similar role or utilizing similar core proficiencies
- Solar PV and Energy Storage experience preferred but not required.
- Strong analytical skills with knowledge of project management
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Position will require some travel (up to 25%
