As a Manufacturing Engineer for Coating and Brazing, you will be the first support to the production line. You will be part of a collaborative team that complete operations according to manufacturing routers, instructions and schemes, respecting BH quality pillars. Your position will be the focus point for the daily production issues, for continuous improvement projects, for the definition of costs and timing of the productions steps. As a manufacturing engineer for Coating and Brazing, you will collaborate with the MPE team from Florence to qualify new products and processes, develop new technologies and optimize the existing processes.
As a Manufacturing Engineer for Coating and Brazing, you will be responsible for:
- Giving support to the daily production
- Defining costs and timing for all the coating & brazing processes.
- Defining the operating instructions for production purpose
- Designing and optimizing coating and brazing processes
- Managing continuous improvement projects
To be successful in this role you need to:
- Be able to show a good general knowledge of coating/brazing and post-coating processes
- Demonstrate excellent experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Have a proficient understanding of costs and timing allocation methods
- Demonstrate good oral and written communication skills
- Show good analytical skills and an attitude for problem solving
- Be capable of working effectively both in team and independently
- Have strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with a hands-on approach
