Summary:
Responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
Responsibilities:
-Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives, target audience, and market trends.
-Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, print, and other platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
-Maintain brand integrity across all marketing initiatives, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity.
-Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of industry trends.
-Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts and maximize ROI.
– Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster their growth and development.
-Manage marketing budget effectively, allocating resources efficiently to achieve desired outcomes within budgetary constraints.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
-Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive results specially in NGOs.
-Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
-Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
-Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
-Experience in B2B or B2C marketing in a similar industry is preferred.
-Fluent in Kurdish & English.
