The role
As a Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our marketing efforts, generating leads through emails, and managing internal and external stakeholders on a global scale.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth.
- Generate leads through effective email marketing campaigns, ensuring high conversion rates and ROI.
- Manage and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and ensure consistent messaging.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Utilize emarketing tools, such as Force 24, to optimize email campaigns and track performance metrics.
- Monitor and report on marketing KPIs, providing actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking innovative ways to enhance marketing efforts.
- Develop and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and highperforming work environment.
About you
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar marketing role, with a focus on lead generation and stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and empathize with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in emarketing tools, ideally Force 24, and other relevant marketing software.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Knowledge of the energy industry or recruitment sector is a plus.
