The position

By joining our team in Projects, Drilling & Procurement you will have the opportunity to:
Act as a focal point for all materials management requirements for a variety of projects including tag data management and spare parts management. You’ll anticipate what spare parts and supplies will be needed as part of these projects and will meet with technical teams to understand what they will need to deliver on their projects. 

In this role you will:

  • Onboard project teams within greenfield,brownfield, and renewables, and other key stakeholders on the material management process and the importance of spare parts management within projects, placing yourself as a subject matter expert on material management for these colleagues. 
  • Hold responsibility for cost conscious evaluation of spare parts prior to purchasing for commissioning and operations.
  • Coordinate the creation of Master Data in collaboration with our Master Data Management Contractor.
  • Obtain, analyse and present data from SAP via Excel and other analytics software.
  • Participate in development of digital solutions to ensure seamless materials management and strive for continuous improvement.

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within a relevant field such as Supply Chain or another commercial or technical subject. 
  • End to end Supply Chain understanding, and experience with SAP MM/PM modules, Master Data and Inventory Optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills are required (both oral and written in English) as the role requires regular interaction with both internal and external colleagues.
  • An analytical mindset and high degree of attention to detail.
  • A strong interest in Continuous Improvement and Change Management.
  • Digital skills and interest is an advantage (SAP, O365, Power platform).
  • Good organisational skills, ability to prioritise work and consistently meet deadlines.
