Ensure the management and optimization of the mine operation in real time, namely: supervise performance control systems of the mine equipment, ensuring its operation; Control the various variables in the loading, transportation and drilling process; Monitor and control the team’s performance indicators; Provide support in the analysis of the geological model and reserve; Ensure the planning of the activities underlying the mining operation, data monitoring and proposals for process improvement.
Job Requirements and Competencies Profile
- Higher Education in Mining Engineering, Geotechnics or Geology;
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in mining activities, preferably in open pit gold mines;
- Domain of Office tools and software used in mining (Vulcan; Surpac; Autocad; Opit-Blast; ArcGis);
- Fluent in French and/or English;
- Communication;
- Leadership;
- Planning and Organisation;
- Analysis and Problem Solving;
- Mobility availability.
