Role Duties & Responsibilities

The Change Management Coordinator will be responsible to act as a coordinator concerning our change management process and should possess strong data management and technical skills.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Assign incoming MOCs to the appropriate SME for review and action
  • Review each MOC to ensure proper functional reviews are being performed.
  • Prepare the required MOC documentation for Risk Review meetings
  • Assist with coordination of Risk Review meetings
  • Assist with coordinating meetings to discuss and facilitate MOC implementation with subject matter experts, MOC owners, and operations personnel
  • Assist with reporting to facilitate timely completion of all MOC actions and documentation
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports documenting MOC related KPIs
  • Track and report the status of all open MOC related actions
  • Work with HSE Business Analyst to maintain the MOC system
  • From direction of HSE Assurance, perform Quality Control of process and documentation
  • Support awareness, training, and communication of MOC process
  • Prepare customer presentations and reports
  • Provide rig, business segment, and customer reports for marketing purposes
  • Prepare customer questionnaire, request for pricing (RFP), and bid tender responses
  • Assist VP Global HSE as needed for travel, expenses, meeting coordination and set-up etc.
  • Perform other HSE function support tasks as needed


Education & Experience 

  • Field and/or process support experience with a proven safety record
  • Two- or four-year degree in relevant field required, with four-year preferred
  • Possess a working knowledge of drilling equipment


Skills & Competencies

  • Highly proficient in all Microsoft products
  • Experience in SAP preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to convey information to others effectively and efficiently while working under pressure
  • Self-starter with attention to detail and an ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Can demonstrate ability to work efficiently and influence team members across a matrix and international company
  • Prior experience with management of change, procedures, process hazard analysis, process safety, prestart up safety reviews, and training preferred but not required
