Our Sourcing Team provides support for projects and collaborate with local and regional teams to innovate. We manage the buying process and engage in commercial sourcing management to achieve great contractual conditions and results for our company. We select providers accordingly to the preferred providers defined by our global or regional category strategy.

As NPI Sourcing Leader, you will manage the sourcing process for a given set of goods. You will apply sourcing policy, interface between supplier and entity with respect to specifications and budgets.

As NPI Sourcing Leader, you will be responsible for:

·       Collaborating on New Product Development initiatives to address customer application needs and meet specification requirements.

·       Collaborating with supplier on new ideas, re-design opportunity, as a sourcing window to global NPI team

·       Optimizing product design/cost, enhancing supplier capability and developing new supplier for the business. Defining/improving sourcing strategies at business/plant level

·       Advising Functional managers regarding projects, processes and procedures in the own field.

·       Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.

·       Contributing to project as a team member or leads small projects.

·       Managing relationships with suppliers.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

·       Have a Bachelor from an accredited school with a minimum of 8 years of experience in sourcing.

·       Show solid experience gained in a Sourcing/Procurement role in Oil and Gas environment.

·       Demonstrate competence in building sourcing strategies, negotiations, supplier selection/ management and negotiating sourcing contracts.

·       Have good understanding and application of approaches, theories, methodologies and application in a concrete organizational context.

·       Be able to speak Mandarin fluently and demonstrate Advanced English.

·       Have good working knowledge of Microsoft office, experience with SAP Ariba is an advantage.
