Offshore HR Resourcing Coordinator


Job Purpose

To provide recruitment and HR coordination within Offshore Personnel Services (OPS).


Job Description
• Provide recruitment coordination for offshore fleet positions including;
➢ Post job vacancies in HRWeB
➢ High level review of candidates inc initial telephone screening
➢ Maintain recruitment log
➢ Schedule interviews
➢ Fielding candidate calls
• Interface with OPS operations team for vacancy planning
• Liaise with external recruiters / agencies
• Utilise external recruitment platforms for job adverts
• Sharing vacancy alerts with internal stakeholders
• Raise paperwork – new hire, promotions, contract transfers, terminations
• Check certification for new hires and promotions in accordance with offshore personnel matrix
• Responsible for HR recruitment mailbox
• Prepare new hire and promotional announcements
• Maintain recruitment data for inclusion in HR analytics suite
• Provide administrative / coordination support to HR Team
