Main Activities
- Lead and manage the pre- and post-award contract management for foundation supply packages
- Handle procurement activities: bid assessments, supplier evaluations, and commercial negotiations
- Ensure timely coordination with relevant departments: legal, finance, planning, insurance
- Oversee contract compliance including payment obligations and performance monitoring
- Manage claims and variations in close collaboration with legal and package managers
- Coordinate with the finance and insurance teams for contractual compliance
- Administer and drive all procurement processes, especially for Foundation and Transition Piece scopes
- Define contract terms that minimize risk and align with project performance goals
- Prepare and manage project approvals, confidentiality agreements, and supplier due diligence
- Support strategic interface planning and anticipate future lease area requirements
- Liaise with HQ procurement (TGP) and C&P Lead for strategic alignment
- Utilize all C&P tools and systems (e.g., E-sourcing, ERP/MBC, AGORA)
- Create and manage Purchase Orders and Vendor Master Data
- Contribute to pre-qualification of suppliers and end-user C&P training
Qualifications & Experience Required
- Degree in Contracts & Procurement, Business, Accounting, or related field
- Proven experience in international procurement and contract management
- Expertise in offshore wind foundation packages is a plus
- Tools: Proficient in Ariba, ERP systems (MBC), Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
- Experience working with diverse international teams and stakeholders
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Languages: English fluency required; French and German are a plus
