Onshore Drone Analyst Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage all onshore drone activities: security, AUSEA,
inspection – Coordinate daily flight schedules and adapt to operational
priorities – Conduct pre-flight and post-flight equipment checks for all
platforms – Supervise field team of Onshore Drone Analysts – Enforce go/no-go criteria—weather, H2S levels, access
restrictions – Lead daily toolbox talks and safety briefings – Report all near-misses and safety observations to client system – Oversee RGB, IR, LiDAR, and AUSEA data acquisition quality – Liaise with Affiliate Lead on scheduling and resources

Requirement

Min. 5 years UAV field operations; 2+ years supervisory role – Hands-on inspection drone ops (confined space & outdoor) – Working knowledge of AUSEA methane survey protocols – OML / flow station / CPF field operations experience preferred – HND / BSc in Engineering
