Drillmar Resources is seeking an Operations Supervisor with expertise in Thru Tubing services on behalf of our client based in Aberdeen.
We’re looking for a candidate with significant hands-on experience and comprehensive knowledge of thru tubing operations.
Primary Responsibilities:
Lead daily operations, ensuring effective communication with management, field personnel, clients, and third-party vendors to deliver projects efficiently and on schedule.
Create and uphold quality assurance documentation while actively identifying opportunities to enhance internal workflows and boost operational performance.
Organise and allocate personnel for upcoming onshore and offshore jobs, making sure all resources are properly prepared and assigned.
Handle daily documentation and operational tracking, ensuring all reports meet company and client compliance standards.
