Job description

Our client, a major chemical company, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to work on a 6+ months contract in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Main Responsibilities:

·       Investigates and responds to phone calls, emails, and other owner inquiries

·       Navigates various systems in order to retrieve information to aid in inquiry resolution

·       Reviews updated process information and coordinates with other business unit groups and

·       owners accordingly

·       Performs comment coding and routing processes in order to escalate owner inquiries to the

·       proper department and in a timely fashion

·       Performs address changes and other basic updates to owner accounts

·       Identifies and sends written correspondence to correct department

·       Performs other related duties as assigned

Main requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • ·       Basic knowledge of EHS laws, regulations and standards and routing specifics escalation 
  •  ·       Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services, including assessing customers’ needs and meeting quality standards for service 
  •  ·       Ability to learn and navigate multiple internal computer programs to retrieve and investigate owner, well and lease information 
  •  ·       Basic Knowledge of oil and gas vocabulary and basic deed and title documents 
  •  ·       Basic knowledge of lease provisions, lease types, lease and well statutes, and basic Division Order and Revenue Accounting practices
