Project Finance Leader in Renewable Energy (Manager to Executive Level)

A leading independent energy company engaged in the development and operation of renewable energy and GX (Green Transformation) projects across the globe.
The company operates a diversified portfolio including solar, wind, biomass, geothermal, and battery storage assets, and is actively expanding its overseas presence, particularly in Asia.
 

? Position Summary

This role will lead project finance activities for Philippines and overseas renewable energy and GX projects.
The position goes beyond traditional financing tasks—requiring strong involvement in project structuring, risk assessment, financial negotiation, and overall business execution.

Depending on experience, the company will consider candidates at:
Manager / Senior Manager / Department Head / Executive (Business Unit Head) levels.

? Key Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate financing structures for overseas renewable and GX projects
• Build and review project financial models
• Lead negotiations and discussions with financial institutions, investors, and joint venture partners
• Conduct risk assessment and propose/implement risk mitigation measures
• Collaborate with project managers and international offices to drive project execution
• (For senior candidates) Lead financial strategy and team/organizational management
