Petrofac is looking to recruit an Piping Designer located in Chennai, India

JOB TITLE: Piping Designer (E3D Tool Experience Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

• Extensive use of E3D as 3D modeling tool for Oil and Gas Projects
• Experience in upstream oil & gas FEED projects
• Should have sufficient knowledge and skill to create plant layout for FEED Projects.
• Ability to develop all equipment layout with sufficient safety distance and facilities on the Plot plan
• Create Equipment and Piping in E3D
• Ability to read P&ID and create E3D Model.
• Knowledge of PMS (piping material specification) and piping design basis.
• Capable of creating, extracting, and annotating 2d drawings in E3D Draft and AutoCAD.
• Ability to drive the 3D Model review with the client
• Ability to prepare MTO
• Ability to do piping line shoot in AutoCAD
• Good communication skills in English.

Essential Qualifications And Skills

• Associate Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical Draftsman-ship with a minimum of 4 – 10 years of related oil & gas/petrochemical experience.
• Should have experience in E3D Draft and AutoCAD
• Must have 3+ Years of Experience Specifically E3D Software Tool.
• Candidate should available to take the tool test in Petrofac premises on Saturday (13-May-2023)
