Planning Lawyer 5Yrs+ PQE

Whether it is off shore wind farms, new rail & road projects, major residential schemes including garden villages and regeneration, waste and mineral projects or airport developments; they are instructed on all of them. The team provides clients  with a full-spectrum of expertise and handles a range of complex mandates in the residential, commercial and infrastructure and environmental and waste sectors, as well as contentious work. Applicants must have at least five years post qualifying experience in planning, have knowledge of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 and be able to handles inquiries and judicial reviews.
