We are seeking a Principal Civil Engineer (CSA Lead Engineer) to drive the success of cutting-edge energy transition projects in the Netherlands. Your Role:
As the CSA Lead Engineer, you will:
- Lead the design, development, and execution of complex engineering projects.
- Oversee structural engineering aspects, ensuring compliance with Eurocodes and Dutch annexes.
- Guide and mentor engineers, fostering technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
- Apply expertise in modularization, lifting, and transportation analysis.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- 15+ years of experience in large-scale industrial projects, including lead roles.
- Extensive knowledge of Eurocodes and Dutch annexes.
- Proven track record in delivering complex engineering projects.
- Experience in energy transition, onshore, and multidisciplinary environments.
- Strong technical skills in steel structure modularization, lifting, and transportation analysis.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Resident in the Netherlands with prior experience working on Dutch projects.
