The position
By joining our team in Projects, Drilling & Procurement you will have the opportunity to
- Work together with subsurface team (geologists, geophysicists, reservoir and production engineers) and service providers for well planning on different maturation phases including feasibility, concept selection and detailed planning.
- Prepare Plan for Development Well programs and Detailed Operational Procedures.
- Perform general well related meetings focused on capturing lessons learned, follow-up of performance and cost and risk analysis.
- Compile reports as required by Equinor governing documentations and local requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement process on safety, performance and cost.
- Documents changes using the Management of Change process.
- Be part of office duty team as per agreed schedule.
You

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with eligibility to hold an active CREA.
- 7+ years of experience on drilling operations and /or wells projects (planning and/or executing).
- Fluent English and Portuguese, written and spoken.
- Knowledge on Deep Water HP (High Pressure) and pre-salt drilling operations is desired but not mandatory.
- Experience with MPD (Managed Pressure Drilling) operations is desired but not mandatory.
- Experience in cementing or casing design or drilling fluids is desired but not mandatory.
- Good communication, interpersonal and cross-cultural skills.
- Flexibility in working onshore with occasional offshore visits.
- Previous offshore/operational experience will be beneficial.
- Good understanding of subsea drilling operations. will be beneficial.
- Ability to produce high quality documentation.
