The position

By joining our team in Projects, Drilling & Procurement you will have the opportunity to

• Work together with subsurface team (geologists, geophysicists, reservoir and production engineers) and service providers for well planning on different maturation phases including feasibility, concept selection and detailed planning.
• Prepare Plan for Development Well programs and Detailed Operational Procedures.
• Perform general well related meetings focused on capturing lessons learned, follow-up of performance and cost and risk analysis.
• Compile reports as required by Equinor governing documentations and local requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement process on safety, performance and cost.
• Documents changes using the Management of Change process.
• Be part of office duty team as per agreed schedule.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with eligibility to hold an active CREA.
• 7+ years of experience on drilling operations and /or wells projects (planning and/or executing).
• Fluent English and Portuguese, written and spoken.
• Knowledge on Deep Water HP (High Pressure) and pre-salt drilling operations is desired but not mandatory.
• Experience with MPD (Managed Pressure Drilling) operations is desired but not mandatory.
• Experience in cementing or casing design or drilling fluids is desired but not mandatory.
• Good communication, interpersonal and cross-cultural skills.
• Flexibility in working onshore with occasional offshore visits.
• Previous offshore/operational experience will be beneficial.
• Good understanding of subsea drilling operations. will be beneficial.
• Ability to produce high quality documentation.
