The Role

Depending on your skillset and alignment, we have THREE diverse career pathways across our contract and perm divisions. As a Senior/Principal level recruiter in Glasgow, you may be responsible for winning new business, developing our existing business, and/or delivering high-calibre candidates into our existing clients across all of our key sectors.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Networking, and developing new business relationships.
  • Attending industry-specific events to network with candidates and clients.
  • Candidate sourcing via industry-specific job boards.
  • Candidate screening by phone, video, or in-person.
  • Exceeding set activity-based targets on a daily, weekly basis, and working to sales targets set weekly, monthly, and quarterly. This ranges from call time, client meetings arranged, interviews arranged, to revenue generated.
  • As a senior individual, your set objectives may change dependent on team size, sector, and individual contribution.

About You

  • Proven experience and success in contract and/or perm recruitment.
  • Ideally a similar sector, but not essential: Sustainability, Infrastructure, Natural Resources.
  • A proven track record of demonstrating resilience.
  • A natural mentor and leader.
  • Naturally curious, empathetic, and collaborative.
  • Eagerness to learn and the ability to implement feedback through training.
  • Financially motivated, linking to your internal drivers.
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • You must hold permanent working rights in the UK upon application.
