Airswift has been tasked by one of our major Oil and Gas clients to seek a Process Engineer to work in their facilities located in Nanterre, France.
The purpose of this specification is to define the conditions for the execution of services relating  to process design  studies to be carried out by the SERVICE PROVIDER in the context of various projects.
PURPOSE OF SUBCONTRACTING

The SERVICE PROVIDER will carry out the following tasks:
Participates in the definition of rules and criteria for the sizing of equipment, instruments and piping.
Writes the technical descriptions of the Processes, Utilities and Supports units (e.g. Torches and Storage).
Develops and writes Calculation Notes for the definition and sizing of equipment, instruments and piping.
Participates in the drafting of Process datasheets (PDS) for Equipment and Instruments.
Participates in the definition of the control and safety schemes and systems of the installation under development.
Participates in the development of detailed Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID).
Participates in the development of Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs).
Participates in the development of Heat and Material Balance (HMB).
Reviews and verifies documents issued by other Engineering Disciplines and by suppliers/vendors.

BASIC DOCUMENTATION
The basic documents made available to the SERVICE PROVIDER are:
– All project documentation
– Calculation tools (Technip’s internal or licensed)
– Methods and/or procedures specific to TP France and the process division

REQUIRED SKILLS
The studies at the expense of the SERVICE PROVIDER require the following skills:
Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering (Chemical Engineering) and/or Process Engineering (Process Engineering).
Mastery of the specificities of the process engineering profession,
First engineering skills of at least 1 year required
Good communication and interpersonal skills to ensure teamwork.
Know-how of technologies and facilities related to one or more of the missions listed in section 2.2.
Knowledge of applicable codes (API, ISO, etc.).
Knowledge of process calculation software such as Hysys
Mastery of the office suite (World / Excel / Power Point)
Good level of English (spoken/read/written)

PROCEDURES – METHODOLOGY
It will be essential to follow the rules of the project, the Rules of the Art as well as the Quality Assurance procedures applicable to this project, in particular with regards to:
– The process of issuing deliverables with 3 levels to be respected: “done by”, verification and approval.
– Rigorous management of documentation masters to ensure traceability of changes
