Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure the timely delivery of purchasing budgets for commodities, enabling the company to maintain competitiveness and successfully execute projects.
- Coordinate and liaise with other internal departments, including sales, logistics, and project management, throughout the procurement process.
- Manage and analyze tenders for commodities, ensuring quality and accuracy in the procurement scope.
- Guarantee the proper identification, assessment, and quantification of all potential risks and opportunities related to the procurement scope.
- Facilitate the correct handover to the project execution team for managing the procured scope.
- Develop sound, cost-effective strategies for the procurement of cranes and installation.
Key Requirements:
- Hold a degree in a relevant engineering or commerce qualification.
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement and project management.
- Knowledgeable in project management methods and techniques, commercial management, and supply management.
- Prior experience in the heavy lift and wind industry is necessary.
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office/Sharepoint.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin, both verbally and in writing.
