NOV is actively hiring for a Product Development Technician at our Little Rock AR location. Address: 2700 W 65th StLittle Rock, AR 72209


Operational activities support the manufacturing process by testing product samples for Quality or Research and Development while maintaining all Quality and Safety measures.


  • Test sample preparation and testing
  • Trained into API Q1 and ISO 9001
  • Wear appropriate PPE in required areas
  • Comply with all NOV Company policies, guidelines, and procedures
  • Comply with all HSE policies, guidelines, and procedures
  • Comply with all Quality policies, guidelines, and procedures


  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Three years of verifiable work history preferred


  • Ability to work overtime
  • Standing 6 to 8 hours daily
  • Walking 6 to 8 hours daily
  • Bending/Stooping 6 to 8 hours daily
  • Repetitive Movement (shoveling/sweeping/fastening) 6 to 8 hours daily
  • Lifting weights up to 50 lbs. regularly
  • Push/Pull 6 to 8 hours daily

  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Be able to use a scale, OD tape, ruler, lab gauges, deadweight tester
  • Forklift license
  • Ability to adapt and be cross-trained to learn all job duties as required
  • Ability to learn technical repair and assembly guidelines and procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to read drawings, instructions or repair, and assembly operations
