Production or Documentation Engineer – OIL and GAS

A Bachelor’s Degree (B.E/B.Tech) in Electrical/Instrumentation (Four years course) with industrial experience of Minimum 4 years, out of which 2+ years of experience should be in an LPG/CNG Organization (Preferably), in a Petrochemical plant or a Petroleum refinery in a supervisory/Lead role. Have knowledge of HSE, OISD Standards, Familiar with PESO, Labour & Factories Department, Weights & Measures etc.,

 
Key Result Areas
•Prepare functional/ test reports. Supervise compliances of checklists and other necessary documentation, filing of quality reports.
•Devise ways of improving the manufacturing process to ensure higher-quality goods
•Overseeing product development procedures to ensure that final product meets quality standards and identify any deviations
•Knowledge relating to layout, design, operating procedures, maintenance, inspection, safety equipment, electrical power distribution system, automation, competence assurance and awareness
•Working knowledge of AutoCAD shall be an added advantage
•Inspecting both the raw material and the finished products, comparing it with acceptable standards and approving /rejecting it
•Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills.
•Ensuring proper operation and maintenance of various equipment;
•Responsible for production, output and quality with optimal utilization of assets and resources;
•Focus of Effective Cost-Management without any compromise on quality;
•Monitor operations and focus on team building, decision making and man-management;
•Responsible for ensuring preventive/predictive maintenance of all equipment, tools & tackles;
•Coordination with other Departments like Accounts, Sales;
•Develop and Implement Training Modules and develop feedback systems;
•Effective Vendor Development and Management;

*WORK EXPERIENCE: Min 4 to Max- 20 Years
