As Production Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of your team to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. You will provide technical guidance and insight to support the delivery of multiple customer projects. You’ll play an essential role in identifying improvements to products, processes and procedures.
As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
· Leading and developing your team to successfully deliver daily production and manufacturing plans and targets
· Providing leadership to front-line manufacturing team to plan and monitor activities to support and execute multiple projects
· Providing effective solutions and enhancements to production problems and issues
· Taking the lead to develop a culture of Health Safety and Environmental (HSE), quality and compliance excellence
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
· Have majored in Manufacturing, Engineering
· Be able to demonstrate relevant experience in Oil and Gas or Energy industry
· Have experience in leading and mentoring teams in manufacturing environment
· Have a working knowledge of Mechanical Engineering within a manufacturing environment
· Have familiarity with ERP systems, such as Oracle or SAP
· Be able to demonstrate experience in a leadership or supervisory role
· Show a basic understanding of IT such as MS Office and a desire to learn new software
· Be familiar with lean tools and practices: VSM, Kaizen, 5S, continuous flow, material flow and visual management
