Job description


Our client seeks a Project Administrator – full time hours for a 3 month initial contract. Perth CBD based. There can be a work from home component in this role.

Key Capabilities:

  • Provide the  project team with administrative and clerical support;
  • Provide administrative support to the site team;
  • Arrange mobilisation requirements including travel, accommodation, site inductions and onboarding for the site team;
  • Calendar management for the Project Manager
  • Assist with a range of administrative activities including:
  • Calendar management for Project Manager
  • Collating, formatting and submission of the monthly reporting,
  • Preparation of expense reports,
  • Document formatting and
  • Arrangement of teams PPE;
  • Arrange meetings, bookings of meeting rooms, ordering catering, set up and tidying up meeting rooms at completion of meetings;
  • Arrange and make travel bookings in line with travel procedures
  • Assist with the creation and preparation of documents, presentations and/or publications
