Our Client is a highly reputable Real Estate Developer with an array of developments throughout Malta.
A Project Coordinator is now required to join the team and primarily act as Client Representative on projects.
Responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring that projects are managed effectively and are in line with company strategy
- Overseeing external design consultants and contractors ensuring timelines and quality standards
- Monitoring ongoing execution of projects
- Supervising contractor selection
- Managing contract administration
- Liaising with authorities to obtain approvals
- Formulating and implementing project schedule and monitoring project expenditures
Talent will:
- Be a construction professional with a minimum 3 years’ experience in construction project management.
- Demonstrate experience in procurement management and contractor management
- Possess local knowledge of local regulations and compliance
- Have excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise seamlessly with all project stakeholders
This role would suit an Architect, Engineer or Project Manager with 3-6 years’ experience in the local market.
