Job Title: Project Developer

Leap29 have a fantastic opportunity which is available on behalf of a leading developer who focus on large scale solar PV and battery storage projects globally.
The position which we are looking to fill is for Developer for the French market. The position will involve identifying opportunities for Greenfield Development and building a strong pipeline of projects in France.
The successful candidate must have project development experience in Romania and must be able to identify suitable project opportunities and suitable land.
Primary responsibilities:
• Sourcing suitable land for large scale solar farm development
• Identifying, assessing and facilitating business development opportunities for solar
• Working on the planning and permitting stages for solar development
• Coordinating external project developers and professionals
• Sourcing, assessing and proposing project acquisition opportunities
• Performing feasibility and risk assessment
• Assisting with the grid connection process
