Leap29 are seeking a Project Finance Manager for a company dedicated to driving progress in sectors poised for sustainable growth. Join our dynamic team as we focus on accelerating the transition to a greener future, particularly within the power and energy sectors, with a special emphasis on Energy Storage and Grid Interconnection projects.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in advisory firms
• Proficiency in project debt financing, including Non-recourse C-loans, Backed leveraged loans, and Tax bridge loans
• Familiarity with tax equity financing, encompassing Traditional tax equity investment, ITC transfer, and Hybrid transactions

Skills:

• Expertise in financial modeling, covering tax equity investment, project debt sizing, and cash flow analysis (FCFF/FCFE/Dividend) utilizing DCF methods
• Ability to collaborate effectively with lenders, advisors, and legal teams
• Demonstrated success as a Project Finance Manager
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is advantageous.
