Project Scheduler

Project Scheduler – Rotterdam, The Netherlands

Leap29 are working with an international consultancy business, who are looking for an experienced Project scheduler to join their team in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. 

Responsibilities:

• Gather and screen data and information on all engineering & projects related activities, working with the projects portfolio manager and project/discipline engineers. 
• Ability to create integrated activity plan in Primavera P6
• Working with various departments, in order to establish a feasible plan for all stakeholders
• Creating an overall plan of the full engineering and projects department with all jobs cross-referenced to the integrated activity plan. 
• Plan optimisation – attend planning meetings, identify possible improvements and implement these in the engineering and project activities.
• Knowledge of developments in own discipline 
• Ensure administration is in line with operating procedures and CMMS system (Maximo), to ensure it complies with relevant legislation and HSSE standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years engineering planning process experience in Energy/Oil & Gas sector preferred.
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• Up to date knowledge of technological developments, industry initiatives etc.
• Dutch and English proficient.
