Property Valuer

Our client is a well known design consultancy expanding various teams due to increased project awards.
A Property Valuer with expertise in property assessment and valuation is required to support a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial and mixed-use projects. Although this role is primarily to undertake valuations, those considering a dual role of architecture and valuation can be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake property valuations for residential, commercial, and mixed-use assets.
- Prepare detailed valuation reports for clients, financial institutions, and stakeholders.
- Apply recognised valuation methodologies (e.g., market, income, and cost approaches).
- Analyse market data, comparable properties, and investment trends.
- Support feasibility studies and development appraisals.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Architecture or related subject
- Minimum 3–5 years’ professional experience, including exposure to property valuation.
- Strong knowledge of Maltese planning processes and regulations.
- Experience in preparing valuation reports and conducting market analysis.
- Proficiency in design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite).
- Excellent analytical, report writing, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
