Our client is an innovative, prestige and dynamic architectural firm that projects consist of high-profile projects throughout Malta and internationally. Due to continued expansion and promotions within the business, a Valuer / Architect is now required to join their team.
Duties & responsibilities:
• Preparing valuation reports, including market research and any necessary site inspections
• Undertaking Architect duties including concept design and architectural design
• Making Planning Authority applications
• Recognising design and space planning problems
• Preparing reports
• Scrutinizing and delivering supervision services on project
• Ensuring project Quality Assurance for architectural components
You will hold a relevant degree in Architecture and have property valuing experience.
